When you donate to our charity, you can select from an array of convenient ways to do so, including:

• Standard weekly donation pickups – Our trucks pick up tax-deductible* donations from homes, apartments, and businesses in Charlotte and surrounding areas Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until dark.
• Expedited donation pickups – Available by request, this service is designed specifically for Charlotte area residents who need to have their charitable items picked up in a hurry.
• Saturday pickups – Also available by request, our Saturday pickups are geared toward for individuals with a large quantity of items to give, including items left unsold from yard sales, community sales, or estate sales.
• Donation drop offs – You can even drop off your donations at any of the Value Village stores in the Charlotte Metro and Triad areas.
