Free Donation Pickup in Kannapolis, NC Helps Support the Fight Against Chronic Kidney Disease

National Kidney Services (NKS) is proud to offer a complimentary donation pickup service in the Kannapolis, NC, area that makes giving to a good cause easier than ever before. NKS accepts used clothing, jewelry, small appliances, furniture, kitchen utensils, toys, electronics, books, and much more. All of these items go on to help fund the National Kidney Foundation, an organization devoted to combating chronic kidney disease, a condition that affects approximately 16.8 percent of Americans over the age of 20.

Using our donation pickup service, Kannapolis residents can clean out unwanted household items while helping a nonprofit organization that employs members of the community. Furthermore, all donations to National Kidney Services are tax deductible*. When you’re ready to donate, you can choose from any of the following options:

• Standard Pickups – Contact us to join our call list for regular pickups. Our standard collections run on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to sundown. Every 4-6 weeks, an NKS representative will contact you a few days before we plan to be in your Kannapolis neighborhood to ask if you want to be added to our donation pickup schedule.

• Saturday Pickups – Saturday pickups are for oversized loads or large donations, such as items from yard sales or estate sales. Call us to schedule a Saturday pickup.

• Expedited Pickups – Available upon request, we offer expedited donation pickup for situations in which donations need to be picked up in one week or less.
