Used Toy Donations Can Help Raise Awareness About Kidney Disease in Charlotte & Beyond

Your used toy donations help support National Kidney Services (NKS), a Charlotte area charity that is devoted to reducing the prevalence of chronic kidney disease in the United States. We’re proud to work with the National Kidney Foundation by supporting their programs for patient education, early detection screenings, donor advocacy, and more. We encourage residents of Charlotte and all of the surrounding areas to give used toy donations and join us in our efforts.

Whether you have old bikes or scooters that your kids don’t play with anymore, or you have baby toys stowed away in the attic, NKS welcomes all of your used toys. Not only will you be helping a local charitable organization, but you’ll also be clearing clutter from your home. Below are a few more examples of used toy donations we accept:

Residents of Charlotte, Dilworth, Myers Park, Palisades, and all of the surrounding areas in North Carolina and upstate South Carolina can request a free pickup from NKS for their used toy donations. Call 866-408-6464 or sign up online to add your contact information to our regular call list, and you will be notified when donation pickups are being scheduled in your neighborhood. You can also donate toys at any Value Village thrift department store in your area. All contributions to our charity are tax deductible*.
